Returns & Exchanges

At JMP The Label, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your swimwear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, tags, and hygiene seals are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
